Junior
Dragons!
There
is a swim meet at Sunset Ridge against their junior team THIS SATURDAY (June 21st). This is
a great opportunity for the Junior Dragons to experience a "meet" in
a fun, low-pressure setting.
Please
arrive at 8:40 am so we can start at 9. We will stretch, do a quick warm up,
and begin swimming at 9. Each swimmer will have the chance (if they like) to
swim freestyle and backstroke. There will be ribbons for all and snacks
afterwards! It should end before 10 am.
Please
let me know if you are going! There will be no Junior Dragon practice on
Saturday if you are not going to the meet. Go Sea Dragons!

The pool is located at
215 Kingsport Rd, Holly Springs, NC. From Apex, head down Highway 55
towards Holly Springs. When you reach the new Holly Springs Towne Center
(where the new Target is), turn left onto Holly Springs Rd. Go 2 miles
down Holly Springs Rd, then turn left onto Middlecrest Way. When Middlecrest
Way ends (you'll be able to see the pool on your left by this point), turn left
onto Kingsport Dr, and then immediately turn left again into the pool parking
lot. If you need to park on the road, please park on the pool side of
Middlecrest way, or the OPPOSITE side of the street on Kingsport Dr. It
should take about 15 minutes from Scotts Mill.
